  • Q.How long will my space be reserved?
    • A.All pre-purchased parking passes are held until the scheduled first pitch for each game.
  • Q.What if the start time of the game is changed in advance and my parking pass has a different time?
    • A.Your pass will still be valid. As long as the date is correct on your pass, the pass will work just fine.
  • Q.What time can I enter the parking lot with my pass?
    • A.You are free to enter the parking lot at any time prior to the game. If entering prior to the parking lot charging in advance, please retain your parking pass to present upon exiting.
  • Q.Can one parking pass be used for buses or other large vehicles?
    • A.Unfortunately large vehicles (vehicles that take up more than one parking space) are prohibited at Ballpark Village. All parking passes are valid for one parking space per pass.
  • Q.Can I purchase multiple passes if I have a vehicle that takes up multiple spaces?
    • A.No, large vehicles are prohibited on the Ballpark Village parking lot.
  • Q.Can I have a tailgate party on the parking lot?
    • A.Unfortunately, tailgating is prohibited on the Ballpark Village parking lot. But the good news is that Ballpark Village has numerous venues that offer extensive food and beverage options
  • Q.What happens if I lose my pass?
    • A.Like the tickets to the ballgame, you will need your pass to enter the parking lot. If you lose your pass, please email St. Louis Parking Company for assistance at least 24 hours prior to your game.
  • Q.Can I leave my car overnight?
    • A.Overnight parking at Ballpark Village is prohibited.
  • Q.If I am unable to attend a game & I have already purchased the pass, can I get a refund?
    • A.All sales are final and cannot be refunded. However, your physical pass is transferable to others. You can give them the pass along with your tickets.
  • Q.Can I purchase a presold accessible parking spot?
    • A.There are 22 ADA accessible spaces on the lot however they are first come, first served. The prepaid pass guarantees a space on the lot up until the scheduled first pitch, so we recommend you arrive earlier than normal to acquire an accessible space.
  • Q.What if a game is rained out and rescheduled for another day?
  • Q.Do I need to print my pass?
    • A.It is recommended that you bring your confirmation email as this will serve as your pass. Bring the email with you to the parking lot to expedite your entering the parking lot.
  • Q.Can I purchase a pass for my RV or bus?
    • A.Ballpark Village does not allow over-sized vehicles to occupy the parking lot.
  • Q.How early can we use our pass to park?
    • A.We begin accepting passes as early as 2p for a 6p or 7p game and 7a for a day game.
  • Q.Can I purchase multiple spaces?
    • A.The passes are good for 1 parking space per pass purchased. You may buy as many passes as you would like, but they are all separate transactions.
